Maintaining the Domain name servers (DNS). Paying any renewal fees for the Domain name. This agreement shall be governed by English Law and the Buyer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England. As soon as payment for the domain name has cleared in our account, we will begin the domain transfer process. For non- .uk domains we will push the domain to your registrar account. You will need to open a free account with either godaddy.com or moniker.com to facilitate this. The process can be finished and completed in literally minutes. For .uk domains, again we will push the domain to you at 123-reg.co.uk, where you can open a free account to facilitate the 'push'. You will need to the supply us with the email you wish to use as the master email for the .uk domain purchase. The new domain name registrant will then receive an email from Nominet UK shortly after, this email will contain details of how to complete the domain name registrant transfer. The whole process only takes a few minutes from start to finish. This email will also have an expiry date, normally 5 days,so act on it immediately. If it is left to expire, please contact us and we will restart the transfer process. Nominet UK's fee for transferring a domain name is currently £10 plus VAT, this must be paid by the new domain name registrant.
